On-chain savings pool

The savings pool is an on-chain feature that lets you deposit USDC (a stablecoin pegged to the US dollar) and earn interest over time.
This feature requires a connected wallet with USDC on the Base network.

How it works

  1. You deposit USDC into the savings pool.
  2. You receive bUSDC — a receipt token that represents your deposit.
  3. Your deposit earns interest continuously.
  4. When you withdraw, your bUSDC is exchanged back for your original USDC plus the interest you earned.

Deposit into the pool

  1. Go to the Savings Pool section.
  2. Enter the amount of USDC you want to deposit.
  3. Approve the transaction in your wallet (this allows the pool to accept your USDC).
  4. Confirm the deposit transaction.
You will see bUSDC appear in your wallet, representing your position in the pool.

Withdraw from the pool

  1. Go to the Savings Pool section.
  2. Enter the amount of bUSDC you want to withdraw.
  3. Confirm the transaction in your wallet.
You receive your original USDC plus any interest earned since your deposit.

Check your position

On the Savings Pool page you can see:
  • Your principal — the amount you deposited
  • Accrued interest — how much interest you have earned
  • Total value — the current USDC value of your position
  • Current annual rate — the yearly interest rate
