Shirikia DAO

Shirikia DAO is the main platform where everyone starts. When you create an account, you join the Shirikia DAO and get access to personal savings, loans, and platform-wide governance.

Personal savings

Your Shirikia account comes with a built-in personal savings account. Think of it as your digital wallet within the platform.

Deposit funds

1. Go to your Savings page.
2. Enter the amount you want to deposit.
3. Confirm the deposit.

Your updated balance appears immediately.

Withdraw funds

1. Go to your Savings page.
2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw.
3. Confirm the withdrawal.

Your balance updates right away. You can see your last 20 transactions on the savings page.

Loans

Need some extra funds? You can apply for a personal loan through Shirikia.

Apply for a loan

1. Go to the Loans section.
2. Enter the amount you need.
3. Set an interest rate (defaults to 5%).
4. Choose a due date for repayment.
5. Optionally, describe the purpose of the loan.
6. Submit your request.

Your loan starts with a pending status and goes through an approval process.

View your loans

Go to the Loans section to see all your active and past loans, including the amount, interest rate, due date, and repayment progress.

Governance

As a member of the Shirikia DAO, you can also participate in platform-wide governance — voting on proposals that shape how the entire platform works. Head to the Governance page to learn how to delegate your voting power, create proposals, and vote.
